HOW DO I KNOW A BIKE IS MY SIZE/ HOW HIGH SHOULD MY SEAT BE?
Great question! Bike sizing is really important to make sure that you a comfortable and safe while riding. Your bike seat should be high enough that your leg can fully extend at the bottom of your rotation. However, it should also be low enough that you can lean on one leg when your bike is stopped. You’re always more than welcome to stop by our bike shop to get help with adjusting your seat for free!
